Just got back from Ant-Man. More about the movie later. First, the end-credits scene:

– Sam and Steve DO NOT look like they just faught someone. Rather, Steve looks emotionally exhausted and smeared w (mechanical?) grease.

– they enter a garage/warehouse to reveal Bucky, who is sitting on a chair, face down and covered w his hair. His metal arm is caught in a machine (vice??)

– Bucky is wearing civilian clothes; slacks and a red Henley. We see Steve’s face; he looks stricken. Bucky looks at him, eyes pleading. (I’m not exaggerating this)

– Sam and steve start talking about how to get him free (Steve vetoes calling Stark: Sam suggests someone else “I know a guy”)
